GRAB LIFE BY THE BALL! SPRING 2015 DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT

On March 20th, we held our second annual dodge ball tournament to raise money for

philanthropy. Attendance increased dramatically from our first tournament (possibly because the winners were awarded with pizza) and brought together brothers and other students from Pitt for a great cause.

We raised over $500 from this event, allowing us to provide supplies to a classroom for an entire year through the Education Partnership! We also collected various classroom supplies throughout the semester to supplement our donation.

Overall we had a great turnout and the tournament was a blast for all. Thanks to Philanthropy chair Corey Paterson for organizing the event, and congratulations to the winning team. The real winners of course, were the children who benefit from our donation and all of the great work that the Education Partnership does!
